Meet the Broker
Hi, my name is Don Humphrey. I'm a second generation Real Estate Broker and I own American Realty Group LLC. My father was a Broker in up-state New York, so I grew up in this business watching him work hard and become successful. I was always impressed, whenever we ran into one of his clients, at the great relationship he had with them. They always expressed their appreciation for the good service he provided. When I began working with him he told me not to think about a commission, just to do the best job I could and if I worked hard I would be rewarded.
Many years later I moved to Vancouver, WA where my wife Niki and I worked together for Century 21. I became an Associate Broker and was manager of our Builder/Developer Division. Together we enjoyed much success using his philosophy of putting the client first. Now that we have our own company we see how important it is to have the loyalty and support of our clients; blessings which can only be earned.
When you put your trust in me you can count on me to give you 100%. One thing that hasn't changed from the time my Dad was a broker is what you should expect from your agent; HONESTY & HARD WORK!
If you are a home BUYER You should note the ABR designation after my name. This means that I will be able to represent your best interests throughout the home-finding process and exclusively represent you during the negotiating. Remember that the Seller's agent works for the Seller and that is where their loyalty lies by law,and you need equal representation as a buyer. If you are a 1st time buyer you should know that I teach a class for the city of Vancouver for 1st time buyers and I will be glad to work with you individually on your new home, at no cost to you.
